In this paper a novel method was established for the manufacture of hollow micro-spheres, which mainly involved paraffin oil bath under magnetic rotor stir; serial systematical investigation was carried out on the manufacturing technologies applied to the preparation of hollow micro-spheres. The manufacturing formula of hollow micro-spheres was optimized and then hollow micro-spheres with complete sphere structure and excellent properties were successfully prepared.Effects of factors such as the amount of catalyst, formaldehyde-to -phenol molar ratio during resole synthesis and reaction time at 75 ℃ were primarily studied to investigate how they influenced the syntheses and... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | resole, hollow micro-spheres, surfactant, curing activation energy, cure rate, foaming rate | | Related items |
