| When people take more care of health and environment, there has been a growing interest in extraction of curatorial active components with novel technology. This thesis mainly investigated two kinds of processes for extracting caffeine from tea polyphenols and vitamin K1 respectively with supercritical carbon dioxide.T he operation condition of extracting caffeine from tea polyphenols with supercritical CO2 in the continuous countercurrent extraction column was studied. The column is 3100mm height, and it has 5 segments, whose inner diameter are 50mm, 25mm, 25mm, 25mm, 50mm, respectively. The filling of the column is 0 metal rings.
