Study On The Extraction Of Valuable Compounds In Dilute Aqueous Solution With Supercritical Fluid

The paper discusses the possibility and operation condition of the extraction of valuable compounds, which are caffeine from green tea infusion, flavoring materials from yellow water, volatile compounds from Houttuynia cordata Thunb juice and rose essential oil from rose infusion, with supercritical CO₂ in the continuous countercurrent extraction column. The column is 3100mm height, and it has 5 segments, whose inner diameter are 50mm, 25mm, 25mm, 25mm, 50mm respectively. The filling of the column is 0 metal rings. The operation range of pressure and temperature for the column is 8-35MPa and 306-328K respectively.
