| Water is primary condition of the human survival and lifeline of the national economy. The question of water resource becomes one of the most outstanding problems of sustainable development of our country's social economic at present and in the 21st century.The lack of water in colliery is a general phenomenon in china especially in northern colliery. On one hand, many collieries need to open up the new source of water. The other hand, lots of coal mine drainage is discharged as the waste water because of insufficient cognition. So a great deal of precious water resources is wasted. This paper brings up realizing the recycle-treatment of coal mine drainage based on these realities and the serious deficient water state in Tongchuan mining area.After the experimental analysis on the water sample that is gathered in Tongchuan mining area, this paper get the conclusion: the water quality of coal mine drainage in Tongchuan mining area is well and belongs to high suspended substance mine water. According to the condition of the water quality of coal water in Tongchuan mining area, this paper proposes the best scheme, plan, disposal and technological process of the utilization of mine water in term of "high quality water and high usefulness, low quality water and low usefulness" through the theoretical analysis and the technical comparison.This paper makes the experimental study on the key operation - flocculation unit in the retrieval processing of mine water.Use the beaker to stir the experimental technique to carry on the flocculation experiment separately according to the designation of five kind of flocculant.The experimental result indicates when throwing one kind of flocculant separately, the PAC has best flocculation effect, the optimum quantity of dose is 10mg/L and the best PH value is 7.5.The inorganic flocculant and the organic flocculant is duplicated match and threw better than they are thrown separately.
