To a coal mine, mine earth'surface subsidence, water resource destruction and pollution and mine solid castoff pollution are primary environmental geologic disasters. As one of three primary modes of reclamation, filling reclamation mode is a traditional measure against subsidence. It fills up the subsidence with mine castoff such as gangue, fly ash in the electric power station near coal mines and city domestic garbage. Though many reference data have clarified to fill up subsidence with gangue and fly ash, practices of reclamation in our country usually pay more attention to quantity of reclaimed lands and the usage of mine solid castoff, yet lack systemic assessment and risk analysis to possible environmental pollution, and is short of clear conclusion on pollution degree and research and recognition to potential and long-term harm.Proceeding from the availability and reclamation of the environmental geologic disaster offspring, in allusion to the characteristics of diversified environmental hazards, under the direction of "use castoff cure castoff, change harm to benefit, change castoff to treasure" and according to the principle of synthetically, fully and rationally utilizing mine castoff and minimizing mine environmental pollution, this paper researches fly ash purifying mine domestic sewage by experiment and determines clean-up effect and the best proportion of fly ash and sewage; then simulates to eluviate the mixtures of adsorption fly ash and gangue and gains the best proportion of the two kinds of castoff when they fill up mine subsidence area; at last it assesses the filling scheme from concentration of contamination in effluent water and maximum capacity of environmental elements such as soil and water body to accept contamination, so we can determine influence of the adsorption fly ash and gangue on surrounding environment especial soil and underground water during the course of their filling up the steady coal mine subsidence. All these things will contribute experimental reference and technical support to making use of fly ash and gangue and harnessing mine subsidence scientifically.Through the experimental results we know that fly ash and slag purify domestic sewage well and when proportion of the two kinds of ash and sewage (M:V) respectively is 1:15 and...
