As main energy,coal production has brought great benefits,but also caused the surface mining subsidence.In the process of coal production,acculumating of discharged coal gangue has polluted environment seriously.In order to manage the subsidence area and change the polluted environment effectively,the reclamation of coal gangue as filling matrix can achieve the effect of killing two birds with one stone(can attain two objectives).However,the loose coal gangue after filling,the volume of coal gangue is deformed under the action of self-loading and external surface.The surface subsidence has relation to the filling thicknes of block of coal gangue infilling area and the lithology of coal gangue and external factors,such as water volume and temperature.In general,the larger the thickness of filling coal gangue,the greater subsidence of the surface in filling area.In order to reach the design elevation value when the filling area is stable,it is necessary to have a reserved height in the process of design elevation,however,the bearing capacity of the granular coal gangue is related to its size.The purpose of this study is to study the difference of the surface subsidence of coal gangue as filling material in land reclamation under different block structure,so as to provide the experimental basis for the design of coal gangue filling reclamation elevation.Based on the investigation of the coal gangue block structure in natural state,coal gangue will be divided into washing coal gangue,the driving gangue with larger average granularity and coal gangue with smaller size.Next construct three different block size grading of coal gangue filling reclamation test model in subsidence area,and layout three monitoring points in every test model to altitude data acquisition after completion,.And take out an observation to get elevation values every ten days or so,with each test model of absolute settlement decreases,the observation period extended to almost about twenty days,and after the observation,observation data are adjusted,and the calculate absolute settlement value and cumulative settlement value of each monitoring point The average value of three points is taken as the settlement value of the model.At the same time,the differences between the test models of different block structures are analyzed,and the deformation characteristics of the three models are analyzed by using the regression analysis and the gray system method.Experimental results show as following:(1)In the grading of gangue filling reclamation test,the settlement rate of three test models increased and then decreased and then remain steady;through modeling of regression analysis and grey system analysis,precision mathematical model three test model,although there are differences,the fitting effect of the three test the model was good in the whole.(2)When the observation period of test model in settlement is about10 days the influence of external rainfall on the model is hysteresis not immediately,with the subsidence rate of the monitoring cycle increased around 20 days,outside rainfall and speeds of the three model appeared the same trend(3)The overall deformation of three test models showed differences,in he matrix filling coal gangue containing lots of small particle,filling surface settlement is minimum,and the settlement rate is faster in prophase,and the settlement rate tends to be stable over time.The settlement rate is minimum in anaphase,the cumulative sinking rate is relatively stable of each test model,and the difference is reduced;Experimental mode which has the similar 1 block structure is similar in total subsidence and the differences sedimentation rate.(4)Through the analysis and prediction of the two mathematical models,it is concluded that when the content of coal gangue is small,the settlement is small and relatively stable.When the coal gangue particle size is similar,the settlement is similar.That is,when the filling coal gangue is different,the surface deformation of the reclamation area is also different,and the surface deformation of the reclamation area is small when the coal gangue content is high.(5)The more content of small and medium sized particles in coal gangue stone structure,the sedimentation rate of change is more quickly,and the influence of the rain,the water sensitivity is higher.With the increase of large particles in coal gangue stone of,the sensitivity of water reduced accordingly.
