With the development of modern science and technology, land resource exhausts gradually. The ocean shows the wide development prospect to mankind with abundant resources and enormous potentiality. The ocean becomes the important base for human's sustainable development. Because of various kinds of advantages, the coastal zone and continental shelf along the sea are being highly developed and utilized. And this has already been an inevitable trend of history development. The question of "land deficit" exists in the littoral zone area of high density of population. Sea reclamation becomes the main way that people solve this problem. But filling the sea means the permanent change with the natural properties of ecosystem in the sea and coastal area. It can cause questions such as silts deposit, marine environmental quality descending, habitat degeneration and bio-diversity reduction, etc.The article regards Jiaozhou Bay as the research object. The impact of the change of bank shape of Jiaozhou Bay on marine environmental capacity is studied. With the materials over the years collected, the evolvement of the bank shape of Jiaozhou Bay is cognized. It can be seen that after entering the 1990's, natural factors contributes merely to the evolvement of the bank shape of Jiaozhou Bay, people's action is the main reason to arise change of the bank shape of Jiaozhou Bay. It regards 1992~2010 as study period, counts the change of the bank shape of Jiaozhou Bay by people's action. Using the comparatively ripe two-dimension hydrodynamic model, simulates the tidal current of Jiaozhou Bay under different bank shape conditions of the year 1992, 2005, 2010. It has summarized the rule of the evolvement of hydrodynamic conditions arisen by the change of the bank shape. It also counts the quantities of main contaminations that discharged to the Jiaozhou Bay in the year of 1992 and 2005, simulates the influence degree of the pollutant for each period by using a two-dimension numerical model of transport and diffusion. With the concepts of sharing rate and responding coefficient, it calculates the marine environmental capacity of main pollutants. On the basis of pollutants discharge station in 2005, the marine environmental capacities of main contaminations in Jiaozhou Bay under different bank shape of the year 1992, 2005 and 2010 are calculated. Then the impacts of reclamation on the marine environmental capacity are summarized.
