Technology of microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) using indigenous microbes is a technology with great potentials in the tertiary recovery, Russia had used the technology in the field project for twenty years, China also succeeded in using the technology in Dagang oilfield, and some field projects are under way. The present studies on the activation of indigenous microbes focus on the mechanisms, but less on the studies of field test. On the basis of the field application, the thesis carried out the systematic on the measurement method of indigenous microbes, the activating system of indigenous microbes with the crude oil as carbon source, and main factors that affect the growth of indigenous microbes. Some conclusions are drawn as fellows:1. the thesis presents the measurement method of indigenous microbes, and improves the measurement agents so as to be used in the field tests;2. and make full the analysis of the factors that affect the growth of the indigenous microbes, and experiments show that temperature, activating agents, and structure of indigenous microbes in the reservoir are the key factors.3. and forms the activating system that takes ammonium phosphate as the main elements and combined the other inorganic slats, and investigate the effect of activating system in the different temperature, and establishes the guideline of activating indigenous microbes with the crude oil as carbon source;...
