Indigenous microbial enhanced oil recovery technology arose more recognition for its strong adaptability, good compatibility with the reservoir and low cost. But MEOR physical simulation experiment methods have much difference from actual reservoir, and evaluation methods need improvement. Therefore, this paper focuses on the factors of indigenous microbial enhanced oil recovery physical simulation experiments, and carried out some basic theoretical research.First, in order to find the theoretical basis for the design of physical simulation basis experiment, based on similarity theory, combined with the indigenous microbial flooding mathematical model, indigenous microbial flooding physical simulation similarity criteria is derived, and get 26 similarity criterions. According with experiments character analyzed and identified two main factors:wettability and system pressure.Based on the relationship between wettability and oil recovery water flooding and chemical flooding recovery, using four kinds of cores with different wettability, the indigenous microbial flooding physical simulation experiments were carried out, and the relationship between wettability and the indigenous microbial flooding recovery was obtained, channel sand filling model with intermediate wettability and lipophilic artificial cementation core had the same oil recovery improving, weak hydrophilic quartz sand filling model had the greatest recovery improving, and strong hydrophilic synthetic sintering core had the smallest recovery improving. And water flooding recovery of artificial cementation core was closer to the actual reservoir, so it can simulate reservoir pore structure much better.Finally, many other factors of system pressure and its effect were researched: pressure curves characteristics had relation with gas injection, core materials, permeability and other factors. On this basis, considering the stability maintaining of system pressure, get a more accurate gas injection method which can keep the pressure stable:injecting gas with the measurement of air amount under atmospheric pressure.
