| This article take SF950 Water-soluble Filming machine as research object.Theoretical and experiential investigation on Filming Press are conducted in this thesis.We also did an experiment on the press, getting the best scope of 500N/m.After analyzing to reply the construction sport of Water-soluble Filming, emphasized to discuss to press mechanism of Water-soluble Filming machine. on the basis of original press mechanism, Improving the press mechanism of the cam mechanism of regulating. The new press mechanism was designed based on the worm and screw. It improved the accuracy of regulating and solved the important technical problems in term of synchronal regulating. In this thesis, the control system of press mechanism are designed and analyzed with SCM technology based on the machine and electronics course knowledge to solve control and display problems. It realized Mechatronics control of the press mechanism and improved automation degree.On the base of theoretical design and analysis, the working state of Water-soluble Filming machine and its laminating system are tested through the equipment applied to do serial experiment. The results of theoretical design and analysis are proved correct and practical, some new problems appear. Meanwhile, the crushing effect and saving energy of the equipment working in process of grinding ironstone are researched, all these lay a foundation for the further study of the technology. |
