This thesis discusses the technical feasibility via melt direct spinning method for super microfilaments. Through the modification and design,the POY 170dtex/192f filament was produced on melt direct spinning equipment of YiZheng Chemical Fiber Co.Ltd. POY was further drawn to DTY110dtex/192f by HDS-EX2 draw texture machine. The POY equipment , the melt quality, POY spinning condition, and DTY draw equipment and technique are the most important in the product process . The microfilament products via common melt-spinning method, filled in the gaps in the products of SINOPEC and YCFC.The production proved that the industrialization of super microfilament can be realized on the common polyester melt direct spinning line through the changes of equipment and spinning technique.
