Since the primary of the 20th, the ultrasonic has been applied to the textile wetting treatment. The result of this study declared that the ultrasonic is a clean technology and it can highly improve the efficient, alleviate the water pollution, cut down the treatment process and the cost of the energy. All this is the object that all textile researchers are working hard for.In this paper, ultrasonic was applied to the enzymes treatment process, its effect to the process was studied. Compared with the normal process without ultrasonic, we can concluded that ultrasonic can advanced the textile enzymes treatment process. The mechanic of the ultrasonic in this process was also studied. All the research can be detailed as:(1) Reliance on the comparison of the amylase's activity between those pretreated under ultrasonic and those no pretreated, and the comparison of the amylase's activity between those detected under the ultrasonic and under normal conditions, the possible mechanism that ultrasonic can improve the speed of desizing with amylase was discussed. And the factors that may influence the amylase's activity under ultrasonic were also discussed.(2) A way to treat wool and wool fabric with protease DB-88 under the ultrasonic was prompted, the ideal condition determined with some experimentations: protease 5%, time 60min, temperature 50℃,liquor ratio 1:40; compared with those treated with the normal way, the shrink resistant property of the wool and the wool fabric treated under the ultrasonic were improved, its dyeing rate and stiff handle were also improved, the time were cut down, but the intensity were not reduced.(3) A aftertreatments way with enzyme under the ultrasonic to those dyed fabric with reactive dyes was prompted, the ideal condition determined with some experimentations: temperature 50℃,enzyme 0.15g/L, liquor ratio 1:20, time 8min; Compared with normal aftertreatments with soap and enzyme, the aftertreatments with enzyme under the ultrasonic can cut down the dosage of the enzyme, improve the dye...
