The fast development of cities caused a series of water problems. On the one hand, with the centralization of the people and the economic activities, extension of the urban buildings and increase of the aera of impervious stratum, the flood caused by urban storm flow cannot be neglected. On the other hand, new water-supply souce is urgently demanded for the scarcity of urban fresh water. As a kind of slightly polluted water source, rainwater has less contaminations and it can be used as domestic water and industrial water by simple treatment. So the exploitation of the urban rainwater and making best use of the urban rainwater will be the effective measures of the water-saving city.This test is the method without energy to deal with the roofing rain pilot study aimed at finding a treatment to low rainfall in the area, alleviating urban water shortages. This process is to integrate the flow of Filter and traditional sand filtration -- filtering sand barrels, and its research to address the possibility of domestic grey water.
