Green chemistry is the main line of the whole paper, the subjects we choose are following the principle of "atom economy". The object and approach of green synthesis was introduced in the introduction of the text. The multicomponent reaction, especially the versatile biological and pharmaceutical activities of the Biginelli product 3,4-pyrimidine-2(1H)-one (DHPMs) and the improved methods of the reaction were simply introduce in the first chapter. The physicochemical properties, synthetic methods and improvement of the organic reactions of the room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs), which was enormously research in recent years, were simply reviewed. In the chapter the new non-toxic RTIL 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole saccharin ([BMIm][Sac]) was used to improve the Biginelli reaction.An unexpected phenomenon was reported in the second Chapter. Two kinds of products were obtained when the solvent and proportion of the Biginelli reactants were changed to improve the Biginelli reaction. Apart from the DHPMs, another kind of compounds was obtained. Through X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, the unknown compound was 1,4-dihydropyridine (DHP), which was the product of Hantzsch reaction. The Hantzsch reaction and the versatile activities of DHPs were also introduced in the chapter.The synthetic methods and application in organic synthesis of the enaminones, which is widely used recently as an important intermediate, were reviewed in the third chapter. Fourteen new pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized using enaminones and 1H-5-amino pyrazole. Some of the new products were improved by microwave radiation. In contrast to the traditional synthetic method, under the microwave radiation the same products were obtained with shorter reaction time and higher yield.
