The daidzein in puerariae was separated and concentrated by solvent sublation. The parameters of sublation solvent, such as: gas flow rate, pH, sublation time and electrolyte (KC1) etc. on the sublation efficiency were investigated in details, and the optimal conditions of solvent sublation were obtained. In the optimal conditions, the sublation efficiency of solvent sublation was evaluated. Compared with the solvent extraction, solvent sublation showed many obvious advantages. The product separated and concentrated under the optimal conditions was determined by FTIR, and this was proved to be Daidzein based on the standard spectrum of Daidzein.Based on the previous work, this paper studied the influence of the bubbles, the transfer balance and the water droplets on the process of solvent sublation. At the same time, this work also advanced the theories of the critical radium, the edge coalescence and critical droplets radium. According to these theories, the previous model was corrected, and the new mathematical model was obtained.Using Mathlab 6.5, we calculated the critical bubble radium of the water-octanol solvent sublation system (T=300K), and many parameters were analyzed in kinetics process and thermodynamics equilibrium of solvent sublation in details. At the end, the new mathematical model was compared with previous...
