| The nanosized SiO2 particles, which is a kind of important inorganic chemical products, has the huge ratio surface, a great deal of hydroxy regiment, presenting strongly polar , hydrophilic and very greatly reaction activity. As one part of the materials ,nanosized SiO2 particles can improve the materials'capability, having good compensation function. The topic of nanosized SiO2 particles modificating polymer is a current hotter research .Chitosan is an natural polymer with abundant original material source , having t special chemistry and biologic characteristics. In recent years , chitosan has already extensivly applied biology, medicine, foodstuff, cosmetics realm and so on. The development research of it's product causes more and more recognition of many nations and academes. The pure chitosan has been limited as the material application, so great deal of research on modificating the chitosan, synthesizing organic-inorganic or compound materials have already be made at home and abroad. This work first carries on the water content, the degree of chitin deacetylation of the merchandise chitosan. Following, functionalized silica particles were prepared by introducing hydroxylpropyl-chloridization to the surface of nanosized silica particles, which was successively utilized as a cross-linker for chitosan to prepare a novel chitosan/ nanosized silica hybrid material .The chitosan/ nanosized silica hybrid materials were characterized with FTIR, TEM and SEM. TEM and SEM results showed the prepared particle of chitosan/ nanosized silica hybrid material was particle strengthened by silica and silica was dispersed uniformly in hybrid material forming uniform surface. Thermal properties of the chitosan/ nanosized silica hybrid materials were improved , which was detected by thermogravimetric and differential thermogravimetric analysis. Sedimentary time of chitosan and chitosan/ nanosized silica hybrid materials as sorbent was 130.3,68.5 s respectively, indicating that the sedimentary speed of chitosan/ nanosized silica hybrid materials was much faster than that of chitosan. Adsorption capacities of chitosan/ nanosized silica hybrid materials to... |
