Hollow glass beads as the inorganic carrier chitosan as functional monomer copper ion as a template ion was prepared by hollow glass beads-comparative study the crosslinked chitosan imprinting materials modified crosslinking modification before imprinting materials in different absorption liquid p H value and different initial concentration of copper ion adsorption capacity, the results show that the copper ion concentration in the template is 0.3 tendency, adsorption liquid p H 5,to achieve the optimal value of ir and XRD test results show that glutaraldehyde crosslinking modification adsorption performance of molecularly imprinted materials Silver ions were used as template ions to prepare and modify silver imprinted materials, and the results were tested and characterized. The results showed that the initial template ion concentration was 0.15mg/L and the p H value of the adsorption solution was 6,reaching the maximum value Ir results show that in the process of imprinting is Ag+with nitrogen atom coordination effect, with glutaraldehyde crosslinking effect-NH,the reasons for this phenomenon is the crosslinking modification effect to change its internal structure, thus formed a dense mesh structure, this also confirmed in the SEM photo, after crosslinking modification, increase in the number of cavitation number imprinted materials, make the effective number of adsorption sites increased significantly, the adsorption capacity increases, adsorption performance improvement of isopropyl alcohol, epoxy chloropropane and dimethyl disulfide generation 2 propionic acid as a crosslinking agent for copper ion imprinting materials for crosslinking modification, and the crosslinking modification of molecularly imprinted materials test and characterization, the test results show that isopropyl alcohol preparation of epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent of modified molecularly imprinted materials when the crosslinking time of 8 h initial template ion concentration is 0.15 mg/L adsorption liquid p H value is 5,peak,Qemax=56.94 mg/g;For dimethyl disulfide generation 2 propionic acid modified molecularly imprinted materials as the crosslinking agent, when the absorption liquid p H=5 initial copper ion concentration is 0.15 mg/L crosslinking time is 6 h,reach maximum adsorption capacity,Qemax=24.97 mg/g infrared spectrum showed that alcohol hydroxyl of isopropyl alcohol reaction with amino groups in chitosan, chitosan molecules tightly together, greatly increased the number of holes in imprinting materials, make its adsorption performance is greatly increased; The ester group in dimethyl dithiodipropionate reacts with the amino group of chitosan to form a network structure, which significantly improves the adsorption performance of the imprinted material.Thermodynamic and kinetic tests were conducted on the modified copper ion imprinted material. The test results showed that the two imprinted materials after crosslinking were in line with the Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation. The adsorption process of the copper imprinted material after the cross-linking of isopropanol epichlorohydrin and dimethyl dithiodipropionate conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model...
