| EDA(Ecology Demonstrate Area) construction is a mass ecological construction project which is implemented by our government inorder to fulfil the sustainable development strategy.It aims to harmonize the relation among the ecology sustainability, the economic sustainability and the social sustainability in an area, and resolve the problem of the ecological environmental deterioration due to the unreasonable construction planning.This paper first does a overall field investigation and data collection used in this study in the ChengDuLongQuanyi region, and gather the proper parameter and value. Basing on these data, according to the standards about the EDA, it build up a assessment index system and integrate assessment mathematic module to evaluate the ecology sustainable development degree of ChengDuLongQuanyi region. Secondly, it evaluates the construction planning of ChengDuLongQuanyi region between 2005 and 2010. The main method used in this thesis is AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) by applying the index-splice assessment, the function-factor assessment and the integrate mathematical module assessment.The main conclusion is that the ecology environment quality of ChengDuLongQuanyi region is not so good nowadays according to the China EDA assessment standards class II in 2004.The primary factor is the countryside environment subsystem.The second is the country environment subsystem. If the EDA construction planning can be completed on time,the ecological sustainable development degree of ChengDuLongQuanyi region will go up in a rising trend and achieve at 0.859 by the end of 2010.It meants that the social economic and the human resident environment will develope synchronizely .Eventually this paper split the EDA in ChengDuLongQuanyi region into some ecological environment function segments basing on the theory of EDA segmentation,and indicate some key construction areas and projects.Meanwhie,it also present some measure to improve the urban and countryside ecology environmental quality.In this study.the assessment index system,the integrate assessment mathematic module and the split of eclology function segments are only fit in the ChengDuLongQuanyi region, but the conclusion can be referred in the real practice, the thoughts and methods used in this study also can be used in the similar work of other areas for reference. |
