In the synthesis of Aqueous Polyurethane, different factors such as hard segment and -COOH content, soft segment, chain extender, technics of preparation influence on the properties of aqueous polyurethane, further more, Epoxide Resin is adopted to modify Aqueous Polyurethane. Results show that the structure of molecular chains the Aqueous Polyurethane and the acting force between the chains change with hard segment content and soft segment. These changes result in transformations of following properties: the viscosity and stability of the latex of Aqueous Polyurethane, and the he waterproof performance, resistance to solvent and mechanical property of films.Besides, by the reaction of epoxy E44 with acrylic acid was studied, results showed that films of PUER have enhanced a lot compared to PU, especially the reserve stability has improved obviously, resolved the limitation of EPU dispersion.In the preparation of stvlene-butvlacrvlate emulsion, half-continuous method is mainly adopted to synthesize a series of stvlene-butvlacrvlate emulsion. The influence of the types and dosage of emulsors, the mixture ratio between the negative emulsor and the non-ion emulsor, the types and dosage of reaction initiators, the types and dosage of buffering agent, the mixture ratio of monomer, and the parameter of temperature, mixing speed, time in polymerization on stability of polymerization, the performance of latex colloid and the performance of latex films are studied.
