With centralized wastewater treatment resolved the pollution problems of urban sewage, Decentralized point pollution has begun to get a great attention. Nowadays it is urgent to be resolved that how to reduce this kind of wastewater pollution to the minimum scale. Decentralized wastewater treatment technology has become a new concept in the world.In this paper, a set of equipments was designed to treat wastewater aimed at the problem exist in the decentralized wastewater treatment. We optimized the technical parameter and discussed theory of dephosphorization with scrap-iron, then, a economic analysis of engineering application was carried out.It is indicated that when HRT is 8.22h, gas-liquid ratio in reactor used to removal organic compound is 20:1, gas-liquid ratio in nitrified reactor is 10:1, removal ration of CODcr is 97.4%, NH3-N is 67.95%, TP is 81.3%. The removal of NH3-N is greatly effect by HRT. The efficiency of removal phosphate by scrap iron is stable, Removal of phosphate mostly depends on the reaction of Fe3+and PO43-which makes FePO4. The system is steady to shocking loading.It was indicated by the economic analysis of community wastewater treatment project used combinational bio-film technology that the charge for sewage treatment is 0.79yuan per ton. It will be a promising decentralized sewage treatment technology for its high efficiency and low run charge.
