But it will consume a lot of energy and release pollutants in the production. The main sources of pollution in iron and steel enterprises are sinter iron and steel industry, coking, iron-smelting, steel-making and ancillary processes, and the emissions of air pollutants caused serious pollution problems in particular. These pollutants include particulate emissions (TSP), sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx,) carbon dioxide (CO2), SO2 and NOx can form acid rain and secondary particulate materials secondary pollutants.According to the survey, about 50% pollutants released into the atmosphere in iron and steel enterprises is from the sinter plant, and it mainly dues to technical imperfections and aging equipment and fixed assets in sinter plants. Therefore, sinter plants become the major pollution in iron and steel enterprises, and focus in environmental governance.Sinter dust is mainly from raw materials, fuel, deposits in the broken screen and mixed ingredients and in the course of transit from dust and grass, mixed materials in the sintering process nose, the tail and ventilation systems and the smoke and dust in the sinter ore broken, the screening process and Zhengli in transit from dust and grass. Therefore, it shows different features : some is more and scattered off dust, Some is large and open, Some has high-temperature, humidity and high concentrations, Some has light weight and small size.According to sinter craft and the main cause of dust generating it can be governanced in the following areas : improving sintering processes, and enhancing sinter ore equipment, improving removal, researching and developing and applicating of advanced removal devices.The main purification equipment in sinter plants is electric precipitator, as electric precipitator has low operating costs, small resistance, large processing capacity, especially for small dust removal with higher efficiency. And The long bag and low pressure pulse type dust collecter is characterized by it's high dust removalability, low injection pressure, high rate of air through the filer, low energy consumption operation, convenience of change of bag and ease of repair and maintenance,and is gradually applied to dust in sinter plants, and has achieved good results.The paper select the dust removal system on high ore bunker in The Lianyuan steel sintering plant as the study object, find the reason why the efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is low. Build a new dust removal system, using the long bag and low pressure pulse type dust collecter. Complex terrain of network design, dust source points sealed design and the choice of devices, mobile sources dust-dust control and grass control are the key link.After the removal system designed and completed, the system works well, the efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator returns to normal level, the new system has a very high dust removal efficiency, the parameters comparison are in table 6-1The success of this project is a combination of theory and the reality, is the result of the use and the development of past experience.
