With the developing of technology and the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to the effect of the environment on the living. So to protect circumstance and realize persistent advancing stratagem have been primary current of the society. At present, the pollution which is directly related to the desizing process of textile production is one of the most pollution sources. With regard to the traditional desizing, which had dramatically consumed the energy and the water, even brought serious pollution to the environment. In order to meet the demand mentioned above in the textile industry, a novel desizing process on using ultrasonic associated with the traditional desizing process has been investigated in this thesis.Due to the PVA, which is difficult in decompounding, destroys the zoology and even causes serious environment pollution, we substitute denatured starch for the PVA in sizing, and the main contents are studied as follows:(1) The conventional alkali desizing technic reaches the desizing intention by mainly using the characteristic of alkali, which has theswelling effect on the size at high temperature. This principle decides the high energy-consuming and high chemical-consuming and also results in serious environment pollution at the same time. In order to reduce the effect of desizing waster water on the environment pollution, we use the ultrasonic associated with the traditional desizing process to desizing. The results show that, making use of the ultrasonic associated with the traditional desizing process, we not only reach the higher rate of desizing at lower temperature, which needs to get to the result of that at high temperature by using the conventional alkali desizing, but also the whiteness and rate of dying are improved, too. However, the braking strength and the absorbency decrease. Thus, we can get a novel process that can reach the higher rate of desizing at lower temperature and reduce the dosages of chemical-consuming, and reduce the energy-consuming and environment pollution.(2) The amylase desizing technic is using the effect of catalyze-decompound of amylase on the starch molecule, then making the starch convert into materials that are easy to dissolve in water, and finally washing by water. Enzyme is a kind of protein with the special catalyzing property. As a biologic catalyzer, Enzyme has several merits in the cotton fabrics's desizing. However, with the increase of the value of pH and the temperature, the activity of the amylase decreases. So we employ the ultrasonic associated with the traditional amylase desizing process todesizing, and also get the same results as mentioned as above. But the breaking strength decreases more serious than that of the ultrasonic associated with the traditional desizing process.(3) In order to assess the effect of the conventional alkali and amylase desizing technics associated with ultrasonic, which has a better effect or not, we adopt a series of related indexes and reduces the effect of subjective factor on the assessing results by fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy cluster. The results are studied by the ways of Borda and osculating value method, we find that the assessing results of ultrasonic associated with conventional alkali and amylase desizing technics is far better than that of conventional alkali and amylase desizing technics. Finally, we make a clustering analysis by fuzzy cluster analysis. The results show that: it has a obviously predominance by using ultrasonic associated with conventional desizing technics and it is also feasible.
