| The decompress second or third line of de-wax oil as feed oil which reacted withsulfuric acid for 4~8 times, take off gases ,neutralized and draw out, they washed byalkali and refined by clay to produce white oil ,the reactant in water phase to conductthe sulphonate additive in the Lan Zhou petrochemical company white oil /sulphonate unit . For guaranteeing to normal production and increase economicperformance, while didn't produce the white oil, should be ensure to supply ofsulphonate additive。So the shallow sulphonation process (2 times) was proposed.Namely refining oil through alkali washing and clay refining to produce lubricant, thewater phase of reactant conducted the petroleum sulphonate additive. For verifyingabove mentioned possibility, first carried out test in the laboratory, the feed oilproduced by distillation, decompress distillation, solvent refining and reagent de-waxprocess which obtained the decompress second or third line of de-wax oil fromXingjian crude oil . Sulfuric acid was sulphonation reagent, add the sulfuric acidquantity was 8%(m/m), reaction temperature was 60~65℃。The reaction occursbetween the feed oil and sulfuric acid,then add 30%(m/m) of sodium hydroxidesolution conducted neutralization in the Pyrex standard react kettle,when the reactionfinished ,draw out the products by funnel,then the products react with 8%(m/m)clay to refine received the sulphonation refining oil so as to review property andreceive rate of the shallow sulphonation refining oil 。By the using the sulphonationrefining oil to blend lubricant,its quality is on-specification 。According to sameprocess condition conducted industry test in the unit,the neutralization taken place byenamel glass reactor,the shallow sulphonation conducted by steel –glass reactor,theclay refining occurred by carbon-steel reactor,finally obtained sulphonation refiningoil and sulphonate。After the testing we know that the property in the differencedecompress de-wax oil that produced sulphonation refining oil in the unit。Thesulphonation refining oil blend with base oil of lubricant to review quality andbenefit。After blending to obtain resist abrasion hydraulic pressure oil(L-HM32,L-HM46,L-HM68),30#low solidification hydraulic pressure oil,30SC/CC currencyinternal-combustion engine oil and so on,their quality on-specification,also thebenefit of L-HM46 resist abrasion hydraulic pressure oil was 240 yuan per ton。At thenormal production condition sulphonate-barium content variety in the 13.69~19.45%,the shallow sulphonation refining oil of sulphonate-barium content was 15.47%among the normal data。This results indicated the shallow sulphonation processcondition same white oil production condition were viable,under the un-effectssulphonate quality and received rate condition, the shallow sulphonation processwould not effect petroleum sulphonate output,due to reduce process flow,improvedproduction efficiency and benefit。... |
