The transportation of blending heavy crude oil with light has gained more attention with the increasing of quantity and species of crude oil imports in china.People studies few in the process of blending heavy crude oil with light,and are lacking in the understanding of compatibility issues after mixed with light.In this paper,the author study the process of blending heavy crude oil with light by the method of laboratory experiment and simulation under the background of Ridong pipeline.The author measure the viscosity-temperature relationship of mixed crude oil which including Venezuelan heavy oil and 380# fuel oil blended with six kinds of light crude oil at different scale,respectively.The research found that the viscosity decline sharply when blending with light crude oils.Screened and improved the contaminated viscosity prediction model based on experimental data.The improved double logarithmic model reduced the required parameters to predict and improved the prediction accuracy,verify the prediction error is less than 7%.The author put forward a new method to predict the mixed oil viscosity based on BP neural network that after being optimized by genetic algorithms,the prediction error is reduced to within 3%.Study the hierarchical nature under standing condition of mixed oils that including Venezuelan heavy oil and 380# fuel oil by designing three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment,which found that the mixed oil showed no obvious stratification within 10 days with good stability.To study the compatibility of blending crude oil by spot test and microscopy,using the stability parameter to describe colloidal stability of Venezuela crude oil and 380# fuel oil,found that the Venezuelan heavy oil's stability is better than 380# fuel oil,then predict the compatibility of mixed crude oils under various mixing ratio.Design the dilution process in Rizhao stations appositely based on the above,then choose SX-static mixer to improve the effectiveness of mixed,the blended crude oil's unevenness are less than 5% after the field test.To calculate hydraulic conditions of various crude oil under different mixing ratio and different seasons by programming.then put forward the delivery scheme of mixed based on constraints.The author established a fault tree with "contaminated flow failure(sticky tube)" as the top event and found that the main factors that led to the flow of the failure by qualitative analysis,the main factors contained the dispatcher dereliction of duty,bad blending effects,poor stability blend crude oil,then the author put forward risk response measures based on the main factors.Established the SPS simulation model based on the actual situation of Ridong pipeline,Developed SCADA system interfaces by VB program,then establishes a real-time linking between the operation interface and SPS software with language interface.The author simulated and analyzed the steady state and transient conditions in Ridong pipeline,and checked delivery scheme of mixed,established emergency measures.In addition,the system can achieve for dispatcher training assessment,which aimed to improve the ability to identify and dispose of abnormal operating conditions.
