The first waste water treatment plant of Shang Hai Zhu Yuan, with capacity of 170×10~4m~3/d, is the biggest waste water treatment plant in Asia. Whether the effluent index is up par, whether the process are credible, whether the management is convenient, whether the run cost is low, are all directly affected by the research and selection of treatment process. So, research and selection of suit treatment process is the key point of a good treatment plant. This paper studied the process efficiency using chemically and biologically enhanced primary treatment process under high phosphors removal rate and low ammonia removal rate conditions according to the effluent quality standard. So, the investment and run cost could be reduced, the referenced example for similar project was provided and the theoretical meaning and practical value was acquired. This paper analyzed the treatment process at first combined the process design of The first waste water treatment plant of Shang Hai Zhu Yuan, researched the optimal operation conditions, and combined the advantages of chemically and biologically enhanced primary treatment process, reduced the dosing quantity, improved water treatment efficiency, and reduced the sludge quantity. And then, research the data from theoretical analysis. The aim of experiment: 1. validated the actual operation feasibility of choosing process, 2. facilitated the treatment effect of chemical flocculation and biological flocculation, avoided improving increasing the dosing quantity and affecting the sedimentation result through interrupting of these two processes. The experiment shows that the biological role is distinct, every operation data is better than pure chemical flocculation process. So, the theoretical analysis result is testified to be correct and feasible. The research result shows that: the chemically and biologically enhanced primary process has following advantages: treatment process is simple, projet invest reduced more compared biological secondary treatment and traditional chemical flocculation technique. Besides, the drainage organic contamination is reduced under economic and efficient conditions to avoid the effluent nourishment, has great environment benefit and social benefit, and has good application foreground. |
