Research Of Capsule In Beverage And Chinese Traditional Medicine

The article relates the technological processes about manufacturing capsules with piercing method of double holes using sodium Alginate, CaCl₂ and vegetative oil. In the experiment, the influence of parameters, such as volume ratio of core to shell, height, speed and concentration of sodium Alginate, to the character of product, for example, distribute of diameter, average diameter, thickness of shell, enveloping ratio and producing ratio and so on, are analyzed. and determines the optimal technological conditions of making capsules. At last, primary studies of manufacturing capsules of Chinese traditional medicine with the same method are performed to test the feasibility.
