Research On The Methods Of Color Management Of Digital Printing Based On Electrophotography

Digital printing is a kind of soul technology in printing field in the 20 century, it hardly simplifies printing course, and it is the final trend, and has broad possibilities. Digital printer is the terminal unit in the producing digital printing course, to build ICC Profile of digital printer is a very important step in the process of color management of digital printing.Color management has become an important technical support of operating system to provide consistent and excellent color quality across various devices and platforms, this great improvement is the result of efforts of ICC group.This thesis talks about principle of electrostatic imaging, and aiming at influence factor of digital printer, talks about color management based on ICC Profile ,and try to give a scheme to build ICC Profile of digital printer. In experiment, HP Indigo Press 3000 is made as the object, the ICC is successfully made. A sample imbedded ICC is output during HP Indigo Press 3000, the sample imbedded ICC and the same sample without ICC are contrasted, the former is proved better.
