At present,the item of pollution receiving capacity is founded on basis of the single water flow in dominate and administering the water founction region,and then, non-point sources is neglected in calculating it,so,there is considerably seriousness.expectedly there is no qualified water in Wanhe River passing through the serious region about nonpoint sources ,it must be influence the region on drinking water in Anqing (there is a region on dringing water about oil and chemistry factory in Anqing) .therefore,we should study the pollution receiving capacity at vairs of water flow on Wanhe River so as to protect the drinking water region and develop the econmy of four county (Yuexi, Taihu, Qianshan and Huainin) in industry and agriculture,we started the study as fllow:(1) We contrast the single factor way to the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method to evaluate the water quality in the water founction reeigon if it is qualified,point out their advantages and weaknesses and advance using the fuzzy comprehensive assessment way to appraise water quality.(2) Calculating the non-point sources materials that is come from the surface water flow in cities and towns , the courrent situation used chemical fertilizer, the domestic sewage and discard solid in rural area,the water and soil loss and the birds and livestocks waste water reared scattered by refering toA large quantity of document.besides,satisticing contribution proportion that the nonpoint sources pollution getting to the river belongs to the total pollution emitted.(3) Reckoning pollution receiving capacity under distinct water flow , furtherly, discussing the relationship between the pollution receiving capacity and the water flow.(4) Analysing and reckoning the variation about surplus of pollution receiving capacity when it relates to non-point sources pollution and pointing out to pay attention to it in controlling and managing the pollution.This study could provided assistances to the pollution receiving capacity of the another water function region, particularly , the pollution receiving capacity and non-point sources pollution have been considered.there is also some function about pollution control and management.
