| With the development of CAD, the application of CAD/CAM into mould production has become an effective approach to guarantee designing and processing quality of auto punching die and improve efficiency. Mould standardization has been expanding from mould standard parts into the whole production process as mould industry develops day and night. Standardization and parameterization of mould components and typicalization and universalization of mould structure are turning into the core technology of integration of CAD/CAE/CAM.This paper, which combines technology of mould CAD and lots of mould design experience, seek a fast design system corporation of fit corporation. This paper establish basic frame of system and fast design mould base on manufacture process CAD. Particular work:Based on Unigraphics NX developedy EDS, in Windows2000 3D parametric mould standard parts library is developed with excel, develop language provided by UG/OPEN API with strong parametric pattern technology and re-develop module, and so on, and non-standard parts library is established by modeling with parametric draft and programming.Deep research into basic theory of parameterization and feature modeling, related technique of UG re-development and approach to develop standard parts library based on UG, and continuous practice in user interface design and application design, the whole scheme of UG re-development is attained.According to structural characteristics of auto punching standard part and typical part, by parametric design and feature modeling, parametric feature model is made and complete design scheme of auto outer panel 3D parametric template library is advanced. Meanwhile, standard parts library and outer panel mould module library by parametric design form the material library of templeting design, and fast assembly of auto outer panel mould is realized by program design and UG re-development. To design a draw die of floor of a auto model illustrates the whole process of templeting design and proves that the fast design system is of importance to improve the efficiency of mould design, simplize design, and strengthen standardization of mould design. |
