| Nowadays Resource and environment are the common themes. The technology ofRemote Sensing applied in many fields is a powerful tool to research the earth`sresources and environments. Contraposing the fact that pollution and illegal miningare the primary problems during the continuous exploitation of the mineral resources, the Ministry of Land and Resources and Ganzhou government together submit theresearch on the exploitation status of mineral resources in the south of the Gannan inJiangxi province by using the technology of remote sensing to China University ofGeosciences, Beijing. Based on the project, with the advanced technology of remotesensing,we study the mining status and dynamic change monitoring, which is veryimportant for the government to carry out the mining policy, manage the mineralorder, recover the ecological environment and improve the construction of theharmonious of society. The study area is Longnan thulium mine in Ganzhou. The satellite data mainlyinclude Quickbird, TM and ETM+. Our image processing include radiometriccorrection, ortho-rectification, geometric correction, optimal band combination, datafusion and information extraction etc. Professional map is completed based on theGIS platform. HIS transformation, principal component transformation and Broveytransformation are chosen during the processes of high resolution image fusion. Theeffects of data fusion are evaluated quantificationally by different indexes such as themeans, standard deviations and entropy.Vegetation plays a positive role in the improvement of ecological environment inmining areas. The changes of vegetations express as different brightness value andvegetation index. Based on the characteristic of the vegetation scatter plots in the redband and near infrared band, this paper mainly aims to probe a new method ofextracting vegetation changes by building the coordinate plane of brightindex-perpendicular vegetation index (BI -PVI) and then getting the variation vectors.Dynamic monitoring is the main application field of remote sensing muti-timeimage. That the similar objects belong to one class provides the theory for computerclassification, before which the accuracy of training areas is estimated. After theclassification of maximum likelihood supervised method, a number of samples aretested to ensure the objectivity of the accuracy analysis. Errors are evaluated based onthe confusion matrix by calculating overall-accuracy and KAPPA coefficient. Theresults come to be a success. The research shows that exploitation status and dynamic monitoring in miningarea. It is practiced to provide not only the scientific reference for sustainabledevelopment in thulium mines, but also the work flow and ideas for monitoring othermines effectively and feasibly. |
