With the development of exploration in LiaoHe oil field, the degree ofexploration in LiaoHe basin becomes higher, the difficulty of exploration has beenincreased. In order to look for more backing reserves, the exploration step of newlayer system in deep well becomes more and more large in recent years, so the welltest technology should be continuously developed to satisfy the requirement ofexploration activity in deep well.The cleanup technology is restricted by the absurdity of pipe string structure, itcouldn't reflect the real deliverability in formation, and it can create second damagefor formation;Moreover, the cleanup technology is only used in thin oil well, itcouldn't get the deliverability by conventional well test for high pour point crude wellor heavy oil well. With the improvement of gas lift technology and matchingtechnique, the gas lift is widespread used in the exploitation of high gas/oil ratioreservoir, particularly for the deep well of high gas/oil ratio and high productivity,offshore well, horizontal well, controlled directional well and cluster well, the gas lifthas extensive application foreground.This paper study and design new pipe string structure in the interest of protectingcasing and formation, raising the effect of gas clean and cleanup. On the basis of thetrait of gas clean and cleanup process in deep well, the author designs and treatsvoltage controlled gas clean valve, voltage controlled one-way valve and pressuretemperature observation system;In order to protect casing and reservoir, addingvoltage controlled gas clean valve, voltage controlled one-way valve and pressuretemperature observation system in conventional gas clean and cleanup pipe string;Accessing new gas clean and cleanup technique in deep well by studying downflowpipe string structure and optimizing the parameters of gas clean implement.This paper utilize the theory of gas/fluid two-phase vertical conduit flow, assumereverse thinking means, study the optimization method of construction parameters andestablish mathematical model. We want to know the value of construction parameterslike the surface pump pressure and delivery capacity when the mixed fluid is fog statein casing tubing annulus;And after the cleanup pipe string is prepared, we will havefield experiment, examine the rationality of cleanup pipe string, further confirm theconstruction parameters bind theory research.At last, we will analyse field application situation and evaluate the applicationconsequence on the basis of design situation, accessing the aim of scientific cleanup.
