In this dissertation ,it discoured upon the actuality ,developing trend and sorts ofthe stabilizer of water quality. It also discussed the machanism of corrosion retard anddeposit prevention and introduced the research machanism techniques usedcurrently .It adoped the rotation coupon method to research what concentration ,pH ,calcium ions ,bicarbonate radical ions and chloride ions effect experiments .Theresult indicates this water quality stabilizer is adept to pH , aldalinity ,calciumions ,chloride ions ,which has great corrosion inhibition characteristic.Constant electric potential polarization curve and Electrochemical ImpedanceSpectrum are adopted to study the mechanism of corrosion retard and depositprevention of the PHRZ-2530.The results of the constant electric potentialpolarization curve indicate that the proportion belongs to cathode corrosionginhibitor ,that pH changes the concentration of hydrogen ions ,which has an effect onelectric charge on surface of organic substances and chelate compounds,which impactcharge transferde to cathodal and discharge at cathodol section ,and that calciumions ,bicarbonate radical ions do by influencing the anticathode protective section, andchloride ions can be least impaction to curves.The eletronic-chemical mechanism of PHRZ-2530 filmforming on carbon steelbased on Electrochemical Impedance Spectrum is : during filmforming, ,there aretwo different reactive sections, one reaction occurs on surface of basic steels in thefilm layer hole. the other takes place on interface out of he film layer hole.Basically ,the result is coincident with that of weight losses of rotary specimens andpotentiostatic polarization curves. The results of experiment also indicates :changes ofcondition does influence the metal corrosion system by influencing surface protectivefilm of carbon steel. |
