The Programming Of Oceanic Environment Of Changxing Island In Dalian Dissertation Submitted To Dalian Maritime University

According to the data of the ecology construction in Changxing island of Dalian in 2002, this paper research the quality of the environment and the society in Changxing island, and the assessment of environmental was done. Accordingly the partition of Changxing island and the programming of oceanic environment of Changxing island were made.The research showed that the contents of the heavy metals in water were above the First Class Standard, the quality of the water is between the First Class Standard and the Second Class Standard. But the pollute in the area of breed aquatics and the area of port were heavier, the main contaminations were Oil, DIN, S. The elements in the sediment were all under the First Class Standard, except the copper.The economic value in the resource of fishery declined rapidly, its service value in the ecosystem of sea was falling. The bottom fishery resource was exploited excessively ,the fauna of it was evolved to miniaturization, high-density, low- biomass, and low-value.The current in the west of the Changxing island is strong ,also the north away form the shore. The drainage can set up there. The current in the north area near the shore is infirm;it is not propitious to the dilution and pervasion of the contamination.According to the production of ocean industry, the preponderant industries in Changxing island were industry, aquiculture, tourism, and port. The fields of the continual development in Changxing island were: port, tourism, aquiculture, aquaculture and process.The area of Changxing island was plotted to 23 sections. They belonged to 5 first sorts, 6second sorts. They were one port section, eleven fish culture using and conserve sorts, one tourism, one protection sorts, nine reserved sorts.The land and the adjacent sea in the Changxing island were programmed to 5 regions: the region for commerce in the east, the region for port and industry in the northwest, the region for tourism in the north, the region for environmental construction, and the region for industry in the middle.
