| This thesis was directed towards how to avoid and inhibit foul formationeffectively in the pipe-line and valves on the FCC unit when heavy distillate wasprocessed in Jinxi Petrochemical Branch Company. A anti-foulant technique wasdeveloped, which could avoid or inhibit the fouling in the fractionator slurry systemeffectively at high temperature, thus prolonged the running period of the unit.Theemphasis of this study was placed on the establishment of the evaluation apparatus anddevelopment of evaluation method for slurry anti-foulant. In addition, the operatingparameters such as temperature and the flow rate were investigated and discussed, thussome important basic data were provided for the industrial application of the developedBH/ZP slurry anti-foulant technique. The reaserch results show that the so developedtechnique exhibited an evident de-fouling effect. Slurry circulation increased by therange of 7t/h to 8t/h and the output of slurry steam generator increased from 8.4t/h to12.2t/h when the anti-foulant injection amount was 100μg/g (based on the slurry).Running period of the unit was prolonged and the economic benefits could reach434×10~4RMB yuan with this technique. |
