The commercialization design of product plays a very pivotal role in the courseof design and development of product. It is necessary for products to be marketedsuccessfully. It is also the most pivotal tache in inventive design, productazationdesign, commercialization design and industrialization design. It is a process offurther product perfection and immaculacy before marketing products.With an eye to three different phases of product design for market, function andtheory design, practicalitization design and commercialization design, the primarytheories of commercialization design have been systematicly studied in this paper, andthe key theories in commercialization design ,such as Ergonomics, sculpt design,value optimization, modularization design and game theory have also been mainlyanalyzed. At the same time, demand intensity of product to market and clients andevaluation aim of goods quality has been researched. A thoughtful frame ofdevelopment and design of new products is put forward.By using compositive methods such as game theory for commercializationdesign, three-dimension solid Computer Aided Design software Pro/Engineer forparameterized ornamental modelling and so on, flat seaming machine design ofmodelling, ergonomics, value optimization, standardization, seriation,modularizationand flexibility based on early functional theory design and practicalitization design,were expanded to reinforce market adaptive capability of our product.
