At present,pressure machine tools are widely used in the industrial production of machinery manufacturing,aerospace industry,shipbuilding industry,electrical instruments and so on.Its research and development are closely concerned by many domestic manufacturing enterprises and universities.The technical level of domestic pressure machine tools is close to the international advanced level.However,many pressure machine tools do not consider the influence of "human"factor in the design process,the designed machine control interface can not meet the actual operation needs of people,resulting in the complex and tedious operation process,which seriously reduces the comfort,safety and operation efficiency of pressure machine tools in the operation and use process.Therefore,the factor of"human" plays an increasingly important role in the design of the control interface of pressure machine tools.The design and decision-makers of machine tools should start from the design concept of "human centered",optimize and improve the irrationality of the existing control interface of pressure machine tools,analyze and evaluate the optimization scheme,and improve the humanization of pressure machine tools Level.So the main process of the research is as follows:First of all,the development status of pressure machine tools at home and abroad is compared and analyzed,and then combined with the market research and analysis of the internal staff of a group company,the main object of the research is determined-pressure machine tool control interface,and the ideas and methods of the research are proposed.Secondly,the control interface of the press machine includes the basic concept of the machine,the hardware interface,the software interface and the operation mode of the control interface.At the same time,from the perspective of ergonomics,this paper analyzes the factors of "human" and "machine",establishes the virtual simulation model of human and machine,finds out the unreasonable design of the original control interface in terms of human-machine dimension,and analyzes and determines the design dimension in line with human-machine engineering.Then,according to the design requirements and human-machine dimensions,the control interface of pressure machining machine tool is designed and researched from two aspects of hardware interface and software interface.The general design principles of interface layout,control key and display mode are put forward.The hardware interface and software interface of control panel are improved accordingly.And the improvement effect was tested by simulation experiment.Finally,combined with the research and analysis results of the first five chapters,taking jh21-125 hydraulic safety open fixed table pressure machining machine as an example,the control interface scheme based on the theory of ergonomics is designed,and three sets of optimized control interface schemes are proposed.And the three design schemes and the original control interface scheme are analyzed and evaluated by the semantic difference method and the fuzzy evaluation method successively,and the optimal control interface design scheme that meets the needs of most users is obtained.
