Research On CAN Field Bus In The Mining Monitoring System

This paper analyses the defections of traditional mine monitoring system and proposes that mine monitoring system is rather useless .This paper puts forward CAN(Controller Area Network) field bus in the mine monitoring system to realize the design thought that mine monitoring system is economical, which can run at multi-master. This paper introduces the main characteristics of CAN bus in details and gives the frond design schemes including the hardware and software for monitor master, monitor substation and mimic board substation, which is used to realize multi-master mine monitoring system .This paper also gives the solutions to problems of explosion-proof and the net structure. Through industry operation examination for one year, it indicates that this research is practical and reaches the anticipative design goal.
