In recent years,many coal mines in Hegang mine area have experienced deformation and destruction of industrial square,such as surface subsidence,cracking of buildings,inclination of shaft towers,deformation and destruction of shaft,etc.,which has caused many injuries to people.In this paper,theoretical analysis,field data analysis,numerical simulation analysis,machine learning and other research methods are used to study the deformation factors and monitoring methods of Hegang mining area industrial square.The deformation prediction and early warning model of M Space and Earth" multi-source monitoring data fusion in Hegang mining area is constructed,and the intelligent early warning system of deformation monitoring in Hegang mining area is developed.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The modular deformation monitoring system of "Space and Earth" of industrial square in mining area with double datum network is constructed,and the stability of the system frame with double datum network is analyzed and studied by using precise single point positioning technology and mathematical statistics method.① Double-Reference network system of industrial square in mining area based on IGS station,CORS station and GNSS reference station is established,and a statistical analysis method of precise single-point positioning stability of reference network considering crustal velocity field is proposed.It reveals that the reference network in Hegang mining area is affected by crustal velocity field and moves eastward at a speed of 22 mm/a,which is consistent with the moving speed of surrounding IGS reference station.Through the test of relative displacement of points in Double-Reference network,it is found that the relative variation of horizontal direction between CORS stations is 13 mm in three years and 6 mm in three months between GNSS reference stations,which meets the requirements of specifications.It shows that the reference frame of " Space and Earth H multi-source coordinated deformation monitoring system is stable and reliable.② The deformation monitoring system of three-dimensional industrial square based on "Space and Earth" multi-source cooperative monitoring method is established.The monitoring modules are organically integrated with space-based,sky-based,ground-based and underground parts.SBAS-InSAR system is used to monitor the surrounding deformation of industrial square in mining area.GNSS system is used to monitor the surface deformation of industrial square in mining area.Three-dimensional laser scanning is used to monitor the deformation of building and shaft,and focal location technology is used to monitor the multi-dimensional monitoring mode of stolen mining in mining area.(2)Multi-arithmetic processing and data fusion of multi-source deformation monitoring data of "Space and Earth" in the experimental area are carried out.A regionalized multi-source deformation monitoring data fusion arithmetic model of Web neural network is proposed.The experimental area is meshed and the influencing factors of each area are extracted.Logic regression analysis of Softmax function of Web neural network is carried out,and the iterative results are mapped to[0,1]result matrix,and each area is mapped to[0,1]result matrix.Results The overall safety coefficient matrix was obtained by moment weighting calculation,and the safety grade of the experimental area was judged by this matrix.The accuracy rate of the actual measurement was 92%.(3)Based on the results of numerical simulation and multi-source data analysis of "Space and Earth",the deformation of the experimental area is comprehensively analyzed,and the deformation law of the industrial square in the mining area under the complex influence conditions of uncertain and irregular mining in the surrounding small coal mines is revealed.① With the development of the surrounding small coal mines,the vertical direction of the experimental area presents the overall trend of subsidence,but the subsidence rate of each monitoring point is different,showing the overall characteristics of large southern subsidence and small central subsidence in the experimental area.The results of four months’measurement show that the subsidence of the south side is 28 mm,that of the north side is 34 mm,that of the middle part is 20 mm,and that of the south side is 25 mm/a.The northeast side of the experimental area is affected by two small mines,and the maximum subsidence is 34 mm.In horizontal direction,the central part moves eastward,the upper part moves northward under the influence of small coal mines,and the lower part moves southeast under the influence of small coal mines.The cumulative displacement of the mining boundary area adjacent to small coal mines on both sides of the north and south is 19 mm,and the maximum displacement of the rest of the experimental area is 23 mm.This reveals the abnormal characteristics of the movement law of industrial square in the mining area under the condition of complex mining in multiple mines.② Aiming at the problem of building inclination in mining area,an algorithm of building point cloud inclination based on bilinear interpolation and area projection theorem is put forward,and the change of tower inclination in experimental area is analyzed.The new main shaft tower inclines southeast due to the influence of goaf of small coal mine on the East side.The inclination is 2.15‰.Because of its connection with the surrounding buildings,the overall stiffness of the mixed shaft tower is larger,and it inclines slightly to the southwest.The inclination is 0.69%0 and the change of inclination is 0.3‰ by comparing the multi-period data.The wellhead center of the shaft is 287 mm eastward from the bottom of the well.The overall displacement is between 100 m and 250 m.From the bottom of the well to-300.468 m,the whole wellbore protrudes westward,from the bottom of the well to 117.896 m,and the whole wellbore protrudes eastward.The inclination shows a trend of small and large,and shows a non-linear growth trend with the increase of the elevation.(4)Development of Intelligent Monitoring and Early Warning System for Industrial Plaza in Hegang Mining AreaBased on JavaScript language,the Kalman filtering and noise reduction program of Web platform is developed to pre-process monitoring data.For the first time,the deformation prediction model of neural network is integrated into browser.The intelligent early warning model of regionalized industrial square based on Web neural network is proposed for the first time.The monitoring results of each section of industrial square are fused by online machine deep learning algorithm of Web neural network.This judges the safety level of industrial square.The intelligent monitoring and early warning system of Hegang mining area,including SBAS-InSAR monitoring,surface deformation monitoring,building deformation monitoring,focal monitoring,data fusion early warning,VR virtual reality and other modules,has been developed.
