The Design And Research Of Digital-indicate Planetary Gear Multiplier Wrench

Digital-indicate planetary gear multiplier wrench (DPMW) is a kind of portable bolt tightner with measuring tool fuction and excellent market foreground. According to the customer's requeset, we have developed this wrench and make it became the upgrade production of common multiplier wrench.The core of DPMW is a 2K-H type planet gear reducing mechanism. From the application situation which take planet gear as reinforcement mechanisam, this paper attempt to discuss those problems will appear during mechanical design process, and display the mechanical design process of DPMW. We adapted profile modified gear and spared bearing supports, and it is proved that planentary gear train has so such advantages such as small volume, light weight, high efficiency. This paper discusses the measure method of DPMW's output torque later, and we apply strain measure to torque measurement of portable tools. Through design and implement of measure project, and signal process, A/D conversion, MCU control, LCM display, etc., we have fulfilled indicating value tracing function and the design of preset alarm function, as far as developed a suit of DPMW. Then we alibrated this wrench and obtained many performance index.In the end, we made a development foreground forecast of DPMW.
