The anticorrosion during working procedure is a significant point for metal and alloy material to manufacture into other sorts of mechanical parts. And antirust oil are traditional ways to protect the metal and alloy away from being eroded. However antirust oil are being replaced by a new technology which is regarded as not only friendly to our environment but also taking the water as impregnant. Based on this object, we develop an water-soluble antirust. And the research of the antirust including the synthesizing of the materials and test of the performance are referring to the principle and theory of surface and colloid chemistry as well as erosion and protection of metal. Firstly, a problem that will be solved in this thesis is how to get a water-soluble antirust which has good performance of anticorrosion on carbon steel . Secondly, another problem r is how to improve the stability of the oil-in-water emulsion. What we had done in the paper is to achieve these two goals. By a number of experiments, we concluded a few rules and analyzed the principles at last. Some conclusions are listed as following: A series of experiments on choosing proper surfactant, oil phase and antirust are done.So we get the basic component of emulsion. According to these experiments, we find that the surfactants ,nonionic TX-4 and negative ion surfactant triethanolamine oleate, can make the oil phase and aqueous phase mix together into stable white emulsion. And we also find a botanic oil is the right basic oil for antirust emulsion. In order to get more stable raw materials, we synthesize two significant compounds. By test of IR and NMR, they show stable and high performance as what we expected. In order to get the ideal dosage of raw materials, we design a series of optimum experiments. By the analyzing data,we find the best dosage of these three antirusts . Finally, We explore different parameters for optimum process conditions, including the temperature, sorts and thickness of surfactants, volume ratio of oil and aqueous phase, velocity and duration of whisk. Referring to the standard of SH-0365-92,we set out all kinds of capabilities of FY-1.The result is so excellent that most of the capabilities advance the standard of this field. The water-soluble antirust has excellent antirust stability and stability, which can replace traditional oil-based antirust for working procedure. Moreover, it can be conserved, under room temperature, more than one and half month without changing the properties and characteristics, which will be more than one year under airproof condition. It can be used in anticorrosive manufacture industry and other relative fields with properties of energy-saving , safeguard environment and improving quality of parts.
