The paper is about the research aiming at the failure problem of milling tools. Making the active leading milling shoe as the research object, the local nonlinear mechanical model aiming at the failure position of tools is created, the ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze and calculate the model. In the ANSYS finite element software, the multiphase nonlinear contact states between the model parts are considered adequately. The loads is passed by the contact settings of model parts, the actual working state is accurately simulated. In the ANSYS finite element software, the tool border conditions in actual working status are more accurate simulated by the artificial settings, and the stresses and deformation states are calculated in every condition. After creating the mechanical analysis model of well repairing tools being used the mechanical finite element software, the systemic analysis and calculation are carried out. The theory basis is created on the tool bearing forces and deformation during repairing well. It makes sure the influence degree of all kinds of parameters on the well repairing tools stresses and deformation. It provides the theory basis of mechanics aspects for the farther optimization of well repairing tools. |
