Development And Commercial Application Of Hydrocracking Pretreating Catalyst

This project used Daqing low sulfur paraffin base VGO and CGO as mixed feed oil, since feedstock of hydrocracking zeolite catalyst must meet stringent demand,we developed a kind of DZN hydrocracking pretreating catalyst which had higher denitrogenation(HDN) activity and stability and realized commercial application . Firstly, we referred to laboratory research achievements of domestic and abroad catalysts,summarizing interrelations of activity and chemical compositions, ratio of compositions, species and dispersion of active metal, properties of carrier and promoter of hydrotreating catalysts, catalyst preparation and pretreating conditions, catalyst pore structure, shape and size of catalyst particle. After mainly balanced the relations of hydrorefining catalyst activity and stability, matched hydrogenation activity center and acidity center of catalysts, we accomplished carrier and catalyst preparation in Research Institute of Daqing Petrochemical Company,then catalyst activity and stability evaluation was conducted on a 100mL fixed-bed hydrogenation laboratory test unit, after 2000 hours test of activity stability, we offloaded the catalyst and carried out regeneration and characterization experimentation in laboratory. After laboratory development of catalysts,then catalyst was produced by Beijing GaoXinLiHua Company,In August 2004, commercial application became a reality in the 1200kt/a high-pressure hydrocracking unit of the Refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company. Total loading amount of catalyst reached 126.7t. At first, starting from nitrogen replacement, then catalyst desiccation, the test of cold hydrogen, pressure release, catalyst sulfuration and passivation were carried out until the qualities of production were eligible. It lasted 10 days. After one month,in order to evaluate the effect of commercial application ,we immediately analyzed catalyst activity.
