Development And Application Of Hydrocracking Catalysts

At present,the hydrocracking technology and its catalysts in Sinochem Quanzhou Petorchemical Co.LTD are provided by other company.To enhance the enterprise's core competence,a series of novel catalysts with the higher performance comparing with current using catalysts are developed.In this work,the performance of the novel catalysts are investigated in pilot plant.The pilot plant is designed according to the industrial hydrocracking plant in Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.LTD,which consists a two-stage high pressure hy-drocracking process.The pilot plant is running as the same parameters of the industri-al plant.The whole experiment investigated the activity of catalyst supported on dif-ferent carriers,and analyzed the influence of the colloidal index on the dispersion of active components,so as to find out the optimal ratio and develop a new type of cata-lyst.Over 60 days running in pilot plant with the novel catalysts,we can find that the performance of the novel catalysts is slightly better than the current using catalysts.
