The ZTC1 + 1 adsorbing purification is used to extract Rhodioloside.The Rhodiola sachalinensis hypoglycemic dispersible tablet was prepared by makingwet grain compression. The choice of disintegrants was studied by orthogonal design. The resuls show that MCC was fill miterial and L-UPC was 2% and CMS-Na was 1 0%. The emplastic material was PVPK30 solvent(20% ethanol.The prepared tablets were concluded polysaccharide 0.1g each tablet. The test of disintegration and dissolution was conducted based on Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000).The diabetes mellitus model rats were used to study preliminary pharmacody-namics of Rhodiola sachalinensis hypoglycemic dispersible tablet. The results of research indicated that the diabetes mellitus model rats' blood and Urine sugar were reduced to the natural level by Rhodiola sachalinensis hypoglycemic dispersible tablet,and the 6 eel 1 of the diabetes mel 1 i tus model rats' pancreas was restored better by Rhodiola sachalinensis hypoglycemic dispersible tablet. Rhodiola sachalinensis hypoglycemic dispersible tablet' function is approach to metformin hydrochloride tablets' function.
