Nowadays one of environment issues which human faced is short of water source and pollution of water source, which need settle in shortest time. In our country, lake and reservoir are primary drinking water source, and are important for the economy developing. With the rapid increased of population and commercio-industrial activities, mass industry waste water and sewage which is not disposed or is not eligible, additionally, agriculture and city non-point -source exist in large area, which made water body more eutrophiced. Recently, water quality of Yanghe reservoir became deteriorated, have impacted drinking water supply. In order to ensure drinking water supply, irrigation works ministry invested 500 thousand for "Deal with zoologymeans for Yanghe reservoir and Yuqiao reservoir", the experimentation is one of for Yanghe reservoir. In order to get Yanghe reservoir back to the place of water source, we must to know the pollution resource of reservoir. Because it is limited by condition of geography, history, season, pollution resource of Yanghe reservoir is especially. In winter waster water of starch process joined in reservoir and deposited in sediment. When the Water Quality become better, nitrogen and phosphor will release by many means. Because of the import of sediment these experiments study release rule of nitrogen and phosphor in different temperature, DO, pH. Experiments showed that:1. Because of effect of history condition, waster water of starch process with high nitrous and phosphorous concentration is the primary pollution source, at the same time radial stream in cropland, let of stock raising, garbage pile are also the pollution source.2. Internal pollution is not allow to slight about Yanghereservoir pollution. Data show that sediments accumulation is 3.46xl07m3 from the Yanghe reservoir complete. Most lake and reservoir have the question of velocity of flow is small, mass sand deposit. So study about internal pollution is inevitable.3. DO effects phosphate release in great degree, in anaerobic condition release quantity of phosphate is more than in aerobic condition, in anaerobic condition release quantity of ammoniate is more the in aerobic condition, and in anaerobic condition the concentration of NH3-N maintain high concentration. In anaerobic condition or in aerobic condition release quantity and velocity of nitrate is little.4. Acidic and alkalescent condition release quantity of phosphate is higher than in neutral condition. Acidic condition release velocity of ammoniate is higher, with the increase of pH release velocity of ammoniate descent. The effect of pH in release of NO3~N is smaller than in release of NH3-N, acidic and neutral condition is more fit for release ofNO3~N.5. With the increasing of temperature release quantity of phosphate is increasing. In summer temperature release quantity of phosphate is more than in winter temperature. Nitrate is same to phosphate, release quantity will increase with temperature increase.6. Phosphate is the main form of phosphor release from sediment, ammonia is the main form of nitrate release from sediment.
