This article has calculated the changes of the contours of the bond-breaking process of hydrogen chloride molecule and hydrogen bromide molecule based on the molecular intrinsic characteristics contours theory developed by Yang et al.Furthermore the changing feature of electron density on the MICCs at different inter-nuclear distances are shown to describe the process actively and directly.Considering the changes of the contours of the bond-breaking process of hydrogen fluoride molecule, the article summarized the general characteristics of the changes of the contours of the bond-breaking process.
