Optimization manufacture not only improve product quality, but also enhance competition ability of corporation. In order to research the law between the grinder progress parameters and part quality, optimize technics parameters of grinding machining and improve the level of surveillance of equipment condition, considering the actual questions of corporation, the paper advance the study of Grinder progress parameter measuring system and application of the system.The whole thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter one illustrates the development of grinding machining and summarizes the significance of grinding measuring technique , the application of grinding measuring technique and the station of measuring technique. Later the paper introduces the plan of content.In Chapter two, firstly we set up the frame according to the function of of the system, logically carve up the assignment of the software system and the hardware system. Afterwards start to materially design the hardware system, it include the design of analog channels, the design of A/D conversion, the design of human_ machine communion, the design of correspondence interface and so on.The exploitation of the software system is very complex. In Chapter three, in order to debase the complicacy of software design, the software system is divided six function modules, each module has a function page and modules are synthesized by the main program. In addition, the paper introduces some pivotal technique.After the Grinder Progress Parameter Measuring System is completed, appraising the system is very necessary. in Chapter four, by dint of the principle and method of measure system analysis, the paper analyzes five indexes of the system, these indexes will be the basis of evaluating the usability of the Grinder Progress Parameter Measuring System.In chapter five, we primarily apply the Grinder Progress Parameter Measuring System in workshop. The paper mainly analyzes the comparability of time sequence and researches the law between the grinder progress parameters and part quality.Finally, chapter six makes a conclusion of the whole thesis and puts forward the future research in this field. |
