This thesis focuses on the environmental impact assessment of ZhengCun colliery of Luoyang Xin an electric group ,Wan Ji aluminum industry,based on digital multispectral images of remote sensing , by the mean of ecological environment remote sensing investigation and environmental vulnerability analyses, this thesis shows the beneficial experiment on ecological environmental impact ration assessment in consruction project.The survey uses SPOT-5 high-resolution (panchromatic/multispectral) digital images, the orthophoto map of studying district, combined by figure mosaic and fusion is the base of this remote sensing investigation and assessment. The orthophoto map distills special information from PCI data processing platform, through MAPGIS information processing platform, this thesis deals with the"land use" "vegetation types" "traffic and water system" "landforms" "soil types" "eroded soil classification" and "mining area geology" "project dipose"map layers of files, which come into being in turn and run by Space data-base in ZhengCun colliery districts and contrast districts.
