In this article, through the analysis of the process of using HTF, a set of comprehensive appraisement system with Viscosity, Neutralization Number, Moisture, Acetone Insoluble solids, Low Boilers, High Boilers and Unaccountable as the indexes is proposed which is aimed to determine to what degree the synthetic HTF' s quality is varying when its being used. The measuring methods of the six indexes are introduced. The index value of the HTF' s quality variation is provided. Besides, a comparison is made to compare with another four-index appraisement system found in some academic materials. The measuration and appraisement are made on four batches of Suzhou Solutia' s three different grades of HTF, which are being used using the both appraisement systems. The results show that the six-index appraisement system can better detect the HTF' s quality variation more efficiently and accurately. The appraisement is also made on the HTF which is being used of the Suzhou Solutia customers' heat-transfer system using the six-index appraisement system, which feasibility and reliability are further proved by studying these specific cases. The six-index system is helpful not only to guarantee the security of heat-transfer system and prolong the HTF' s serving life but also to offer some instructive information for customers' production and security management by measuring these data.
