In this dissertation, some basic questions in monomer and polymer systems, including '// NMR Study of Polyvinylalcohol Irradiated by Ultra-violet, Study on the solvent action for Acrylamide by NMR, the study of the copolymerization of Acrylic acid (AA) and Acrylemide (AM) induced by heat and Gamma ray-irradiation (60Co ) in aqueous solution, were studied. . 1 . The effect of Ultra-violet light on the structure and motion of Ihe polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) chains was studied by II NMR, spin-lattice relaxation (T|), spin-spin relaxation (T2), 1R spectroscopy and X-Ray diffraction spectra. Analyzed the crystal change of PVA after irradiation by UV at 365 run and the hydrogen bonds formed between the polymer and the residual water in the solven of DMSO-d6. II. The irradiation effect of Ultra-violet light and Gamma ray of the polyvinyl chloride(PVC) were studied by III NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and XRD. III. The "similarity mirroring image" relationship between acrylamide (AM) in CDCI3 and in DMSO solvent, respectively, and the process of chemical shifts change in different rates solvent were studied by ' i l NMR. 2D NOESY. It was proved that the hydrogen bonds formed between -NH2 of AM and the protons of residue water in solvent by ' i l NMR at different temperatures. And we probed into ' l l NMR assignment for the acrylamide in CH3COCH3 because the result of us is differ from Sadler's. The result of study implies that we are correct. IV. The proportioning of AM/AA and the translation rate of the copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylemide (AM) induced by heat in aqueous solution were studied by 'H NMR. The copolymer's swelling rate and losing rate and the content of gel in distilled water were analyzed after irridiated by 60Cor ray...
